What distance is it from the beach, in kilometers and minutes?
     12.9km and 12 minutes

What distance is it from the main road?
     The first lot is 990 meters and the furthest is 1800 meters.

Is the main road paved, gravel or dirt?
     The main public road is a beautiful asphalt road.

Do all the lots have potable water?
     All the lots will have potable water on their boundary with the access road (there are two springs on the property with clean, clear water and if not sufficient, wells will be drilled).  Also, rain capture systems can be easily installed.

If the electricity is near the lots, at what distance is it?
     The I.C.E. will bring the supply line to the boundary on the access road. The cost from the access road to the house will be the lot owner’s responsibility.

Are some lots with city views? Beach or ocean views?
     No, the development is in Valle de las Estrellas, only nature and mountains around you, and the beach just minutes away.

Do you have a private road to all the lots?
     Most of the lots are serviced by the public road in front of them, they are working out a quotation to gravel the road for me at the moment.

How many lots will have a private road in front?
     About 40% of the lots will have a private road in front.

What is the size and other information on the total land?
     The farm is in 2 parts +/-35 ha belonging to Finca Tranquilidad De Cahuita S.R.I. and +/- 3 ha to Finca Paz De Cahuita S.R.I.  There will be no mortgage on or leveraging of the common property of the community.

What are the other costs and relevant information?
     There will be a caretaker on the farm to look after your property, to plant all types of fruit trees and the upkeep of the preserved land (14 HA). The fee for this will be a total of $35 per month per lot.  An additional fee for $10 a month for water will be added on when you start building on your lot.
