I have a lot, how do I start building?
Costa Rican law requires that a construction permit be applied for by a licensed architect or engineer (Article 83, Law of Constructions, Article II.2 Construction Regulations). A licensed attorney, architect and/or civil engineer will be helpful in guiding you through the construction process.
